- The Healthy Eating Plan features 155 Recipes and a Restaurant Guide that have equal portions of protein and carbohydrates.
- The Low Carb Eating Plan features 215 Low Carb Recipes and a Low Carb Restaurant Guide. Consider this plan if you are sensitive to carbohydrates or have intense food cravings.
The Yoga Routine page illustrates a gentle yet invigorating routine designed to connect body and mind. Learn simple poses that will balance your thyroid and stimulate a sluggish metabolism. There are gentle poses to stretch and relax your body as well as challenging poses to strengthen and firm your body. We strongly recommend that these poses be done in addition to a yoga class or a yoga tape.
